The RVM Podcast

Every edition of the Real Valleys Media Show is also available in a format that enables viewers to download it from the internet and transfer it to a portable media player (iPod) to watch wherever they want. The videos are delivered via a regular 'podcast'.

Using a podcast-receiving software program (such as iTunes) viewers can subscribe to the podcast. Once a subscription is set up, the program will regularly check for new updates and new content, then download it automatically. This way, you can receive each new episode, formatted for iPod or other portable media players, as and when the Real Valleys Media podcast is updated.

To subscribe to the example podcast, you'll need podcast receiving software (such as iTunes or Juice, both available to download for free), click "add podcast", or "subscribe to new podcast" and enter the address below. In your software you will see the title 'Real Valleys Media podcast', a short description and a list of the episodes available. The software will keep checking for updates and download new episodes for you when they are released.
