Real Valleys Media Podcast

Every edition of the Real Valleys Media Show is also available in a format that enables viewers to download it from the internet to their computer or portable media player (iPod) to watch wherever and whenever they choose. Videos are delivered via a regular 'podcast'.

Using podcast receiving software (such as iTunes) viewers are able to create a subscription to the podcast. Once a subscription is set up, the program will regularly check for new updates and content and download it automatically. This way the viewers can receive each new episode, formatted for their computer or iPod, as and when the Real Valleys Media podcast is updated.

To give you an example of how a podcast works, we have created this sample podcast containing videos from realvalleysmedia.com. It includes 4 videos divided up by episode. When you subscribe to the podcast all 4 episodes are immediately available for you to download, or you can select only a couple to download.

Although this is a sample podcast and will not be updated, when you subscribe to the offical Real Valleys Media podcast, the software will keep checking for updates and download new episodes for you when they are released.

To subscribe to the example podcast, you will need podcast receiving software (such as iTunes or Juice, both available to download for free), click "add podcast", or "subscribe to new podcast" and enter the address below. In your software you will see the title 'Real Valleys Media sample podcast', a short description and a list of the four episodes we have made available.
